Hello, I am getting this error on my webpage : [http://nicolemathieson.com/pleasure-program/]

“Looks like you have entered a product ID () that doesn’t exist in the product database. Please check your product ID value again!”

It was working fine for months. The product ID does exist.

I have tried to resync products and category relations tables.

Looks like the product ID field is empty in the shortcode. So there must be a typo in there. What is the exact shortcode that you are using in there? Copy and paste the shortcode so I can take a look.

I think there is no space after the product ID in the shortcode. So it is failing to read that value.

Try the following:

1) Edit that page (where the shortcode is).

2) Go to the “Text” mode of the editor

3) Copy and paste the following in there:

[wp_eStore_buy_now_custom_button id=”2″ button=”http://nicolemathieson.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Buy-now-button.png”%5D
