Logging Double Commission

Lately we’ve started to see double commissions added for one sale. This does not happen every time but when it does, both commissions have the same transaction ID and when we try to delete just one of the commission entries, it deletes both commission entries for that sale.

Any clues as to what may be happening here?

Please enable debug for the WP Affiliate plugin and then share the output from the wp_affiliate_debug.log file after the issue occurs again.

Also, what versions of the plugin are you using?

What are you integrating the affiliate plugin with? (a shopping cart or a PayPal button or eStore plugin or something else)?
