Log into eMember when logged into WordPress

Hi,

If I understand the integration with WordPress correctly, then if I have checked the “Automatically log into eMember” box, and I am logged into WP, then I should be logged into eMember, correct?

For some reason this is not working for me. I am logged into the WP admin panel, but when I go to the site, I have to log in. What makes it more confusing is that I can not create an eMemebr user with the same username as my WP user.

What do I need to do to fix this. I just got a fresh download of the plugin yesterday, so I am all up to date.

You most probably don’t have a corresponding eMember user for the WP user in question. Remember, you don’t create another eMember user for an existing WP user. You simply import that WP user. Please take a look at this documentation which will explain how to use the WP User integration feature:
