We are using the Education/Eduma theme and we are wanting to add your shortcodes for videos and pdfs on the Lesson pages. e.g. [https://educationwp.thimpress.com/courses/node/lessons/examples/]
But it seems because of the Lesson pages actually behaving like a pop up, your shortcode does not work as a pop up and it opens the links in a new window. Is there anything we can change on the code to make it work as a popup? Note that I have also contacted the Theme developers but wanted to check with you guys too.
Also the plugin is adding this spinner that never goes away [https://www.dropbox.com/s/obunqprv8yce27h/Spinner%20Issue.png?dl=0]
Any idea how we can get that not to appear?

The following post will help you see the JS errors I am talking about on your site:November 20, 2017 at 6:23 pm #76761
@dgrcomms, Please provide a link to the page with our lightbox shortcode in it so I can take a look.November 29, 2017 at 7:59 pm #76763
The website is current hidden. I can send you admin access but don’t want to do that here on the forum.

@dgrcomms, I have sent you an email for it. Let me know if you don’t receive it.November 30, 2017 at 4:53 pm #76765
I have not received it. It could have gone into my spam folder and those emails have been deleted. Can you resend and let me know what email address is coming from?

My apologies I forgot that the email address for this account was not mine. Hence why I had not received it. I have it now and have sent a response from my email [email@example.com].
