Link in registration email is not clickable

I’m testing my membership site. I use a text link on my sales page for buying the product.

The text link look like this—-> [http://worldwidedinners.com/?wp_eStore_buy_now=5&paypal=5co]

After purchasing my product the unique link in the registration email is not clickable.

It looks like this

(The extra shortcode plugin is activated)

Could you please help me to sort this problem?

What value have you entered in the “Registration Page” field of eMember settings?

I’ve checked my Registration page and a wrong link on this page caused this problem.
