Here is the testing page: [http://www.widen.com/video-lightbox-test/]
Bottom half of the page, from left to right.
First video used the WP Video Lightbox plugin.
I asked a few pre-sales questions and then purhased the WP Lightbox Ultimate plugin.
Second video from the left uses the WP Lightbox Ultimate plugin.
The last 2 videos are the original Limelight embed code.
The last 2 play on an iPad and iPhone (the original Limelight Embed code).
The first 2 placed using the WP Lightbox plugins do not play on iPhone or iPad devices.
I am looking for some help getting this code used properly.
If it’s possible.
If not, then this plugin might not be the right direction for us.
Thanks!
March 8, 2013 at 12:30 am #54282wpCommerceModeratorHi, have you followed the instructions for using inline content with Lightbox Ultimate plugin (Inline HTML Display in Overlay section)
Now that you are using Lightbox Ultimate you can keep the video lightbox deactivated. That will help you avoid any possible JavaScript conflict.

March 8, 2013 at 11:04 pm #54284wpCommerceModeratorHi, can you please ask a limelight staff to see if they have a specific embed code that will work on iOS devices? The code you are using is implemented with
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
and it’s likely to not function on a device that doesn’t support flash.March 11, 2013 at 12:46 pm #54285dtempletonMemberLimelight’s embed code works on iOS devices on other pages in our site, like this page for example: http://www.widen.com/customer-interviews/
Limelight had suggested using ColorBox instead. Would that be a better option?
