Lightbox – Videos not playing for s3 protected

I am having some trouble getting my protected videos to play using the Lightbox Ultimate plugin. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter but my videos aren’t working.

On it I have tried 2 different short codes.

Here is the first shortcode.

Here is the second shortcode.

[wp_lightbox_embed_protected_s3_video name=”media/patioflexing720.flv4″ bucket=”musclegodsamson” width=”640″ height=”360″]

The videos do work when unprotected for the first shortcode but for the second shortcode the video doesn’t work for unprotected or protected.

I also notice that the link is messed up when using the second shortcode on when trying to play the video it places the bucket name before the aws.

Can you please help me with this?

I figured out the problem for the second shortcode. I had and extra character at the end the the file name. I had (.flv4) and it should be (.flv) I changed it and now it works. Thanks.
