Lightbox Ultimate: When clicked the video appears below the text not popup

I recently ordered Lightbox Ultimate and wanted to try it for one of my S3 Amazon videos yesterday. I read the instructions and chose to use flowplayer for this purpose. The issues is that the video does not come up as popup. Rather it appears below the text or the image. It works fine it just does not appear as popup.

I am using WordPress TwentyEleven as my theme.

Hi, I think you are using a plugin that is conflicting with flowplayer. Please deactivate the following plugin and give it a try:

s3-video

Thanks a lot. It worked. S3-video plugin was causing this issue.
