I just got Lightbox Ultimate and I can’t get it working. I’ve set it up from the installation videos and done everything correctly, but I still can’t get it to work.
I have protected videos on Amazon S3 that I want to directly embed on my site so I use that shortcode in my post and put the access key and secret word in the settings, but I’m still getting stream not found. Even if I unprotect my videos it still won’t find the stream. I’m using the correct bucket and file name, but I’m still getting that error. I don’t know what else to do.
And on a slightly related note, I’m not very pleased with the FlowPlayer logo in the bottom corner. I paid for this plugin, but it’s like there’s an advertisement on every video. I’m not a fan of that. Is there anyway to get rid of that other than shelling out another $100 on top of what I already paid for this plugin?

The logo comes with the free version of flowplayer. You need to have a flowplayer commercial license to remove the logo. You can purchase the license from the Flowplayer website (One single license usually costs about $95): http://flowplayer.org/download/
Once you have a valid license key and you specify it in the flowplayer settings the logo won’t be there anymore.

And is the commercial flowplayer license you sell a full version and won’t expire?
Thanks!

It’s a full version but it will only work with our product (lightbox ultimate plugin). if you want to use it with lightbox ultimate as well as other products please get the single license (which costs about $95) from the flowplayer website:
August 23, 2012 at 3:12 am #48534wpCommerceModeratorIt turned out that the bucket name contained uppercase letters. If anyone is having the same issue please make sure to check the rules for bucket naming:
