Lightbox Ultimate resizing issues

Hi, I’ve recently re-installed Lightbox Ultimate in an attempt to fix prettyPhoto which wasn’t loading at all. Images are now popping up, however prettyPhoto is not resizing to fit the screen as it did previously, and the tops of the pop ups are being hidden under the theme’s header. Fancybox and Colorbox are not popping up either, but rather opening in a new window. Settings have been checked and are correct. See the links below for a demo…
