When embedding the youtube video using the shortcode it does not open up in a popup, but opens as a new page in the current tab, see here: [http://www.winningmomentsonline.co.uk/fathers-day]

Hello wzp, I removed the video from that page and used a image linking to the profile instead, however you can see an example here:

Basically, ive used this shortcode:

but when you click the image, it opens up youtube in the same tab.

Also, is there anyway to generate the image automatically from the video, I know this was a feature in the light version but haven’t seen the option for it in the dropdown list when you click the icon to add the shortcode?

When I view the page source, I noticed you have a plugin called “visualcaptcha” that is loading a second copy of the jquery.js library. This may be causing the conflict.

Try deactivating that plugin and see if it resolves the issue.
