Lightbox Ultimate – no longer working after updating theme

I believe all was working fine, and then since upgrading my theme today (Thesis 1.8.5 and Marketer’s Delight skin 2.2.6) none of the lightbox functionality is working. Youtube videos just go directly to the YouTube page, and Amazon S3 hosted videos just redirect to the same page I’m already on.

Neither the popups or embeds work any longer. However, the links to S3 audio files and documents still work. I’m stumped. Am I missing something obvious?

Hi – I figured out a way to make it work. I disabled jQuery sitewide in Thesis theme, and now it works. Hopefully there are no adverse consequences of doing this…

So for now, problem solved!
