Sorry my title is vague but I am not sure how to ask this, when I am in a post or page on a client site and click the lightbox icon the popup box contains the website on a 404 page. This is the master domain on a multisite install.

Here is a screen shot to explain:

    Thanks for your help

Hi, may be you have a plugin installed which is conflicting with Lightbox Ultimate shortcode inserter.

You can still directly copy and paste a particular shortcode from our shortcode guide. All the shortcodes are available here (under Lightbox Plugin Usage section):

Thanks I tried disabling all my plugins with no luck, odd however I pasted in the code but it dose not render on the page, just shows the code…I also get this at the top of the settings page:

Notice: Undefined index: action in /home/superior/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-ultimate/wp_lightbox_settings.php on line 18

I installed the plugin again, and the source shows all the proper links.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Hi, we haven’t come across any issues like it before. So I think it’s better if we take a closer look at your site. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
