When I attempt to configure LBU using PrettyPhoto to play a locally stored Flash video, I receive the following message, “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”. However if I use any other FlashPlayer, the video plays fine.

If I configure LBU to use FancyBox, it just outright locks my system.

If I use FlowPlayer popup, I simply get a popup containing the screeenshot of the current page.

I should be worth noting that if I use a standard FlowPlayer embedded link, it works fine.

Aby help would be appreciated. The primary reason for purchasing the full blown LBU, was for this purpose.

Hi, can you please deactivate the “Event Registration” plugin for now? It seems to be including some fancybox scripts that might conflict with Lightbox Ultimate plugin.

You are also using a plugin called “jQuery Updater”. I believe it automatically includes the latest version of jQuery (2.0.3). Please note that WordPress 3.6 comes with jQuery 1.10.2. You shouldn’t manually override the jQuery script as it might make some plugins incompatible.

I did deactivate the Event Registration and that seems to be doing the trick. So I guess that leaves me with a new dilemma. Either locate an additional registration tool or split the site to accommodate the necessary functions.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Regards

Hi, The plugin is not doing anything wrong. JavaScript doesn’t work if there are multiple copies of the same script on a page. When the event registration plugin is active two copies of fancybox scripts are loading (one from event registration and one from lightbox ultimate). They are conflicting with each other.

Does your event registration plugin have an alternative popup option so you can turn off fancybox?
