Hi, My videos no longer play. They don’t show any kind of error message. When you click on the link the web address changes but nothing else happens. The videos are coming from amazon s3 and are protected. They used to work perfectly. I haven’t checked them in a little while so I can’t pinpoint exactly when they stopped working. The only plugins I have installed since installing the lightbox ultimate plugin are google content experiments and w3 total cache. I have tried disabling those plugins and trying the videos but didn’t make an difference. The following address has a video on it with the shortcode it starts as this [http://bettersoccerfitness.com/2014/04/01/soccer-agility-drill-diagram-and-video/] and when I click on the video it goes to this [http://bettersoccerfitness.com/2014/04/01/soccer-agility-drill-diagram-and-video/#wplu535f5fd5aa96d]. The shortcode for the video is this [wp_lightbox_protected_s3_video name=”Agility – Triangular Agility Run.mp4″ bucket=”cscvideos” width=”” height=”” source=”http://bettersoccerfitness.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/video-icon-3-154-x-154.png”%5D
Your help is much appreciated,
Nathan
April 30, 2014 at 7:38 am #62585wpCommerceModeratorHi, I just checked the HTML of the page you shared (Right Click->View Page Source). The content looks minified. Is that option coming from your theme? If so can you please disable it for now?
Currently I can see the following JavaScript errors on that page:
Uncaught ReferenceError: flowplayer is not defined (index):1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not definedI believe they are caused by the minification.

The minification is coming from the w3totalcache plugin. When I disable it it’s still not working. When I disabled the whole plugin [presumably this disables the minify too] it doesn’t work. I have left the minify disabled in case that helps. Any other suggestions/help is greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Nathan
May 2, 2014 at 5:03 am #62587wpCommerceModeratorThanks. I can at least read the code now. Are you using any option to include JavaScript files (.js) in the footer?
May 2, 2014 at 5:48 am #62588nathanpallesenMemberHi. Not that I know of (but that’s not to say that it’s not there!). But unless one of the recent plugins put it there I don’t think so. As I say they did work once upon a time. Interestingly when I embed directly to the page (i.e. not in a lightbox) the videos work fine (which is great so my customers can watch the videos again!). So it seems that just the lightbox function is the thing not working.
May 2, 2014 at 3:50 pm #62589wpCommerceModeratorIt might either be a plugin or one of the options of W3 Total Cache. Currently those scripts are getting included after the content, which is why the page still has the following errors:
Uncaught ReferenceError: flowplayer is not defined (index):54
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (index):115 -
