Lightbox shortcode not working as well as when I press ShortCode -goes black

Problem 1 – when I press “WP Lightbox Shortcodes” in the menu, the screen goes black and I am locked out. I turned off Jquery thinking this was a conflict but it still does the same

And this shortcode doesn’t show as text or anything. I dont see it all. I will not touch code on this screen if you want to go by and take a look.
