Lightbox quit working

after all our messing with it, the lightbox function is no longer working on my site. I checked the settings page, and the box is ticked to use it. Any ideas?

I wouldn’t have a clue… Are you using other lightbox plugin? Have you modified any code in the eStore plugin?
