ModeratorDo you have “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” option checked in the eStore settings?
Also please have a look at this post to get a workaround if eStore’s lightbox is not working:

MemberYes, absolutely. I’ve done the workaround with Lightbox 2 and unchecking the box, but then I can’t have multiple images. -J

ParticipantOkay.. lets try to identify the issue. Please go back to using eStore’s lightbox (revert the changes you did to get the workaround in the previous post).
Get a new build of eStore from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
Then do this test and get back to me:

MemberI can’t seem to find any documentation on installing an update. Do I just delete the old directory and re-install the plugin?
December 17, 2010 at 11:50 pm #27445wpCommerce
ModeratorThe installation instruction should be in the email you receive with the plugin download link. You can also find the upgrade instructions on the documentation site:
If you don’t have any downloadable files stored in the eStore’s “downloads” directory then you can deactivate, delete the old one and update, install the new one from the WordPress plugin uploader.

MemberOk, I’ve narrowed it down to an issue with the template. When I switch to the default theme the issue goes away. Would you be able to provide some guidance on fixing the conflict and/or finding it?
Thanks!

ParticipantIf its a theme conflict then the theme author will be the best person to help you with this. I will send you an email to get site access and check it out anyway.
