LightBox not Playing Video on PC (Chrome and IE) but Playing on iPad

Hi, I Have a fresh installation of Lightbox

Used Protected S3 Mode

Video wont play on Chrome, Chrome Hidden Mode, or IE. Flash is Up to date.

But It WILL play on iPad

any ideas?

Update:

Checked on eStore for Lightbox cheked, it is.

Checked for Java Errors, None

Tried the video on iPhone, Works

Tried the video on Laptop doest work, Black Screen only.

It turns out that the videos were not properly encoded. If anyone is having the same issue please check these instructions:
