Lightbox Ultimate – Anchor image is not showing up for PDF shortcode

Hi when i use the correct shortcodes for displaying a pdf with an anchor image, the image does not display on my site even though the path is correct. Also it will not open an image will tell me image path is incorrect and will not open a pdf file, lightbox will just display white blank. Other thing such as videos work fine, pleae let me know what i can do to fix this.

I would like either an image or a pdf file option to be working for me.

So from what i can tell, it cant find the path to the file whether it be an image or a pdf file. So the probelm is reading the path from the shortcode, is it conflicitng with the estore plugin by chance? Anyway would like the path issue resolved.

Ok no problems here i figured it out, so fior some reason when i use the button that emeds shortcodes, it is very helpfull but once i put the path to an image or anything, lovely wordpress wants to code it with html when you are in visual tab so I have to remove all the html and make sure that the shortcode is clean.
