The lightbox is not working here:

It is linking to the image directly instead of opening the lightbox.

    Any hint?

    Thank you.

Have you tried the following workaround to see if that works?

Go to eStore settings menu and make sure you have the following option checked:

    Enable Lightbox effect on Images

It is checked by default but on your site it looks to be off.

Weel, I had it disabled since yesterday because I was trying other options.

When I activate it, it only works for the small images(additional images). May it be conflicting with the lightbox used in the home page? It is the Gallery Share lightbox plugin.

    :(

Now it is active again, but as I said, working only for the small extra images

    Thank you

Hi, your theme does have a fancybox lightbox library in it. But that may not be the source of this issue. You can easily find out by switching to a default WordPress theme (example: twenty twelve).

I can see that there are multiple copies of jQuery on that page. That usually causes JavaScript conflict. So I would suggest that you deactivate all the plugins first (except WP eStore) and start activating one at a time to see which one breaks the lightbox functionality.

    Update

You have a plugin installed called usquare which I believe is hardcoding the jQuery library. Try deactivating it first. If lightbox doesn’t work then please follow the instructions above.

That is a little weird that the lightbox effect works on some images but not all. Could you please do the following theme test quickly:

Also, I noticed you have a plugin that is blocking right click on your site. It may have some javascript errors in it so please deactivate it temporarily too.
