I can’t get the lightbox to pop up at all on my site, even when using the sample shortcodes provided. For example – on our home staging site page at
[http://ping4.w3staging.com/]
there are 3 videos across the bottom of the page – I have put in the Fancybox anchor image to youtube video shortcode and updated appropriately, yet it acts like a direct link to the youtube page rather than displaying the video in a lightbox. On the “Case Studies” page
[http://ping4.w3staging.com/resources/case-studies/]
I tried to display a gallery of PDF files with PrettyPhoto, and rather than popping them up in a gallery it pops an empty lightbox up and attempts to directly download the PDF. The shortcode I used for each page is below – thanks for any help with this!

December 20, 2013 at 9:34 pm #59761Ping4alertsMemberSome further information, I just talked to the person who developed our template and he said that there may be some conflict between our template and the expression of Javascript necessary to run the plugin… any thoughts/tips/ponderings of any sort would be helpful Thanks!
December 20, 2013 at 10:56 pm #59762wpCommerceModeratorHi, your YouTube video is working fine. As for the PDF, lightbox opens but the browser prompts for download. It’s happening on every major browser.
If you directly go to your file URL you will see what I mean:
