Lightbox flash swf file not found

Hi Guys!

I’m getting a lot of users on my website! and that’s awesome!

But then some issues have started to popup and i’m having problems troublesshooting them. (Troublesshooting is that a word???)

Ok, so at the moment 5 users (Not computer Inclined users)

Are having the problem of

“Flash: swf file not found”

Files are hosted on Amazon S3 protected

Mp4 videos with the propper encoding (It starts and then it loads)

But in this 5 particular users I’m unable to find the problem.

All have Broadband DSL internet atleast 5mbps

All users are using Google Chrome

Issue happens only on PC’s (Windows)

Happens on Embedded or Popup videos.
