I am in the process of getting an issue resolved regarding Lightbox and Amazon S3 protected video not showing up. The support person is going into my WordPress panel and troubleshooting. The problem is that the Amazon Access Key and Secret Access Key are not supposed to be given to anyone, yet they are in the Lightbox settings panel. I can make another user on AWS and set permissions, but the keys show up in the Settings on my WordPress account, which means that person has access to my root Amazon account. How do I protect that info and still get support?

You can always delete the access and secret keys and generate new values as per the following link after the person has finished their investigations:
