We are using a test site under another web-site sub-domain to develop our wordpress site. After completion of development we will move the whole wordpress installation to a new hosting with different domain name, and the existing sub-domain will no longer be used.

Does the license agreement allow us to move PDF Stamper installation from testing site to production site?

You can move PDF Stamper to your new site if you don’t use it on your sub-domain anymore as you can’t have same active license on two different sites.
