Left justify Lightbox video image to flow text on right

Hi! I wanted to ask if it’s possible to change how the text behaves around light box ultimate video links with images. Currently the video link image stands by itself as if “none” is specified in justification. Can this be changed to “left” so that text can flow on right of the image?
