My Paypal account is registered in Poland while I would like to have my Paypal checkout page to be displayed in English.

According to this page:

https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_ECCustomizing

I will need to add &LOCALECODE=US parameter. Where can I do this within the eStore files?
