MemberHi
Just moved to a new host, in Manage Products in admin there is no content.
In mysql the content is in the table wp_eStore_tbl.
The product do show on front end, can be added to cart but when the DL link is sent out, it says, the link is broken.
I’ve de- and re-activated estore and also removed the table and upload estore plugin again to rebuild the table and then import to the table, Manage products is still empty.
To get estore to work on my new host I followed all the instruction and everything else is just working fine but not the Manage Products.
Any ideas why this one table cannot connect with estore?

ModeratorDo all of your tables have the same prefix?

Moderator…DL link is sent out, it says, the link is broken.
Let’s start with the basics…
Please enable, and then reset the eStore debug files. Then, using the Admin Functions, manually generate a download link; then try to use it.
What are the contents of your download_manager_debug.log file?

MemberOut of the blue I lost all access to everything in admin except Dashboard, just like admin was downgraded to a user! Just as many others:

Until there is a fix I am stop unless I redo the whole install!

ModeratorI’m going to make the assumption that you moved from one commercial hosting provider to another, or from one hosting package (at the same place) to another. And since the difficulties encompass more than just the plugin; you need to enlist your provider’s technical support. Once you have stabilized your website; then we can go about sorting out your eStore specific problems.
