I’m getting this error when loading wp 2.8.6 website:

“blockUI requires jQuery v 1.2.3 or later! You are using v1.2.2b2”

related to:

wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/js/jquery.blockUI.js

your wp version is quite old. it comes with an older version of jquery library. upgrading wordpress will solve the issue.
