Our WP eStore is a new setup. I have been testing a single, digital product with two variations (epub / mobi). I am using your eStore Variations UI Addon with an Amazon AWS S3 account for the download file storage and have properly created the Digital Product URL for the each ebook type.
I put the Digital Product URL in the Digital Variation Form section in the “Specify Download URL” area. When I hit SAVE PRODUCT button, the URLs move into the “Assign a Price” area and do not appear in “Specify Download URL”.
Upon doing a test purchase of the product, the download link did not appear in the confirmation email received by the buyer.
I have created a screen print of the issue for your reference. You may view it at:

Thank you for your assistance.
October 3, 2013 at 1:35 am #58087adminKeymasterI have just verified and made sure that the addon is working correctly. I have a feeling that you have some Javascript errors in your wordpress admin dashboard which is causing issues with the variations addon.
Can you please use the tool mentioned in the following post to find out if you have some javascript errors?

October 8, 2013 at 10:03 pm #58088robyn4377MemberDear admin…
Thank you for your reply. In the Debugging Javascript Errors post in the “How to See if Your Site Has Errors” section it states “check for errors when the page loads”. Does that mean, for me, to look at the WP eStore page where the issue is happening on your form? I am new to development and not quite understanding what I am looking for or which page to look at.
I changed the theme to the default Twenty Thirteen and turned off all plugins except your WP eStore plugin, Akismet and Jetpack. The issue is still happening with the download URL moving to the “Assign a Price” area when I click SAVE PRODUCT button.
So not sure it is the theme causing the problem.
Thank you for your help.

October 11, 2013 at 11:43 am #58090robyn4377MemberThank you for your email dated 10/10/13 with details of your findings of the variation addon after testing it yourself on my site’s dashboard. However, I have some new findings of my own…and quite interesting.
If you the “example” http: URL in the SPECIFY DOWNLOAD URL area (as you did in your test) and click the SAVE PRODUCT button, the URL will remain in the Specify Download URL area.
However, when I input the as3tp:// url (as required when using the AWS S3 storage) and click SAVE PRODUCT button the URL moves to the ASSIGN A PRICE area…just as described in my original support post.
I have created a screen print of the issue for your reference. I have the first variation using an as3tp:// URL and the second variation using your test http:// URL.
Thank you, again, for your continued assistance with this perplexing issue.
October 11, 2013 at 11:54 pm #58091adminKeymasterThe advanced variation addon had an issue with amazon s3 integration. We have now corrected this in the advanced variation addon.
