Hi I posted this in one of the comments for the product, but thought I should take advantage of this resource instead.

I am having an issue with this. When I try to content protect 1 section it acts as if the content protect block pushes my sidebar to the bottom of the page.

Also my theme is white and the content protect bar is grey and it seems to change the color of the rest of the theme:

    Hi,

Can you please try the following tests to eliminate the possibility that there is a theme and/or plugin conflict:

Thank you, seems to be the theme. It failed the check when i pastes the URL. Is there anyway a developer could look into it and possibly solve it for me? You can always send a quote to my email. Here is the theme:

OR maybe there is a workaround. I don’t necessarily need sections protected but here is what i want to do:

have a video with a download link for purchase. Then have a free download link for premium members only. My original idea was make 2 products (one for purchase one free) and have the free download button hidden within sections. Maybe there is a way to deny access if a non premium user clicks the link?

    thanks for the help.

    Hi again,

When people click on the download link, does it take them to another page?

If so, you can easily protect that page according to membership levels.

Just see this for more info:

It doesn’t but I guess that’s my work around, thanks for the support!
