Issue with 'From' name in email

Hello,

My company name has an ‘ in the name, ie. California Dreamin’ Records. If I just put a ‘, there is a glitch that will make it show up as a . I got around this by actually using &#39 to make a ‘ appear, but when it sends out a receipt to someone, it actually shows the &#39. Is there some way I can fix this?

How about putting a backslash before the apostrophe?
