Hello, I bought this plugin (and many of your others, they’re all great so far!) a few days ago and have been trying to organize everything. I just began testing it, and I can set up a product and then add it to the cart just fine, but when I click the Paypal button to check out it just goes to a blank page. I’ve scowered all of the options and don’t know what it could be. Here is the link to my test product page. Try adding it and then checking out…

As an admin when you play around with the following two settings options while testing (example: enable them then disable one of them while the shopping cart is loaded) your browser cookie can get into a bad state:
– Show Terms & Conditions Checkbox
– Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout
If you just reset your browser cookies you will be able to checkout fine. None of your customers will have issue checking out as their browser is fresh. For example, I was able to checkout from your site without any issue.
I’ve had quit a few users say that the page “froze” when they attempted to check out. The transaction has gone through, but they apparently don’t know that and often re-enter their order. I turned on the “debug” in settings and all of the post payment log has “success”, but there are a lot of redundancies in the report. I turned the debugging off, but kept the log. I’d like to know what this issue might be and how to investigate fixing. Thanks.
Is this after they click the Pay button on the PayPal checkout page?
When you do a test checkout yourself, do you see the issue?
