Hey all,
I have just bought WP Ultimate Lightbox plugin and happy about it. I have also liked all your plugins mainly eStore and eMember.
Due to some Reserve Bank of India regulations, PayPal is not doing well (almost stopped) for indian merchants. The options left (which are really effective) for me are: CB and 2CO as payment processors.
I have communicated regarding this to you guys (tipsandtricks) and was helped by Ivy. Thanks for that.
I am posting this scenario which I have thought for using eMember and CB.
I have a query in mind and I will appreciate if you can guide me if I am on the right track for this or not.
For example,
I create a subscription product in CB. Different products for different membership levels.
I make different Thank You Pages for different membership levels at my site.
Then, on a Thank You page for a specific product, I integrate its membership level registration short code.
I add this Thank You Page url to that specific product in CB.
So I assume that the flow will be:
1. Customer on a Sales Page clicks a CB Buy Now button
2. Checks out through CB
3. Returned back to a specific Thank You Page where that specific membership level registration short code is placed.
4. Customer can register using that registration form and becomes a member
Is this a viable option? Or I am wrong.

You talk about a subscription product in Clickbank, does clickbank have a payment notification feature (similar to PayPal IPN) which can notify a script on recurring charges? Without a payment notification system in place the membership plugin won’t know when the customer stopped the subscription.

Thanks for your reply.
I don’t know whether I am pointing you to a right resource or not, as I am not a tech person. But I have come across something called INS (Instant Notification Service)from CB. Other membership scripts (like Digital Access Pass) use this to integrate their scripts with CB.
CB INS page:

Hope this shall make eMember work with CB. I am not sure…. but excited if it works.

July 10, 2011 at 5:42 am #33876sudeepshroffMemberHey Dave,
I agree. That feature would really add lots of value to these great plugins.
Amin,
Is it expected to have CB integration with eStore and eMember in near future?
Right now I am exploring various options for integrating e-commerce features to my sites. But let me tell you that your plugins always win for their simplicity, effectiveness and support.
So, please look into CB integration with priority if possible for you guys. There will be many like Dave and I who are looking for it.
Best Wishes,
Keep going.

July 18, 2011 at 5:27 am #33877sudeepshroffMemberHello,
I am planning to make site (http://resourcefullife.net) eCommerce enabled in a couple of months from now if everything goes well with my other projects.
I am curious to know:
Is it expected to have CB integration with eStore and eMember in near future?
It will really be helpful to me if I come know whether this integration is currently under your focus or not.
I spend good amount of time in your forums learning about various options and this has really helped me improve my understanding and also gave me new insights for what I want to do online. Thanks for that.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Sudeep Shroff

September 2, 2011 at 2:24 am #33882sudeepshroffMemberHey Amin,
Thanks.
Will go through the steps.
If stuck anywhere, will get back to you.
One more thing…
Is it going to work with eStore also?
September 2, 2011 at 6:19 am #33883adminKeymasterThis is a stand alone eMember and Clickbank integration.
This has nothing to do with eStore (clickbank doesn’t allow 3rd party shopping cart checkout like PayPal does).
