I don’t know if this is in the works for future updates, so I’d like to add this here. It would be great if there was a way for us to add custom form fields for the affiliate sign up page.

I like to send affiliates birthday cards, so this would be a great way to automatically capture their birthday info.

A possibility?

The thing with saving member specific info is that it needs to be stored in the database. So when you add a customer field that captures a member’s specific details it also need to be added to the database structure which makes it difficult for me to give you the option to customize this.

I can add in a generic custom field to the plugin and then you can choose to use it for whatever reason you want (in your case you can use it to capture date of birth).
