Is there a way to ban specific customers in WP e-store?

We occasionally have a customer who buys a digital product and then starts a bank dispute to force a refund without contacting us directly after receiving the product. Is there a way to ban specific customers in WP eStore from ordering again in the future?

Currently eStore doesn’t have functionality for banning people, however please see Admin’s and wzp’s responses in this post for ways to prevent people with certain IP addresses using the .htaccess file:
