Is it possible to set the default selection for variations?

What I would like to do is have different prices for variations.. for example $10 for base, then $15 for base plus, then $20 for base plus plus.

I want to describe these prices in the product details but have the default selection be base plus for $15. If the person selects the drop-down then it will show base -$5 or base plus plus +$5.

Basically I want to ‘nudge’ customers to a certain selection but allow them to change that selection to a lower price point if they choose.

Is this possible?
