MemberHave been running this great plugin and it has been working fine, adding peoples details etc and sending emails, however the other day it stopped collecting the customer info and sending emails, I did get an email from Paypal regarding IPN handler, all the details come though on Paypal so I can process orders but would really like to get the emails and customer details working again.
Anyone have a suggestion?

ParticipantThe plugin usually doesn’t stop working out of the blue. Something had to change somewhere. Now, the easiest way to find out the issue is to run a test transaction with debug enabled. This should give you information as to what is not working and potentially give you clues as to what changed.
This page will explain more:
Let me know if this helps.

MemberHi
Thanks for the prompt reply, I tried a test purchase and still no emails from WP or adding me to customer database. Have now tried unchecking the use WP email and opted for the php option, the debug file does not make a great deal of sense to me I’m afraid.
Happy to send it to you if it helps.
Thanks again,
Camden

ParticipantSimply paste the content of the debug file here and I will go through it.

MemberHi
Again thanks for your help, below is the text from the debug file, a quick look tells me the latest transactions when the problem started dont seem to be here, though I have had debug checked.
Thanks,
Camden

ParticipantSince it the debug doesn’t have the info for the new transaction then that means you have a different issue. It’s always a good idea to reset the debug file before doing a test transaction so you can capture the details of that transaction only.
Anyway, I think this checklist should fix your issue:
