I think Amin & Ivy may need to poke around your site and have a look. Obviously, if the loader-wizard.php claims IonCube is installed and the minimum requirement checker claims otherwise, there is a problem.

The minimum requirement checker plugin knows how to check the proper ioncube install. If it shows a “Red Cross” it means the Ioncube is not installed properly and encoded scripts will not be decoded.

Most hosting companies are friendly enough to install IonCube on the server but I do know that some web hosting companies are not helpful with this which is why the “Minimum requirements checker” plugin exists to save you hassles. You should not buy the PDF Stamper unless your system meets the minimum requirement.
