Running WordPress 3.3.2 and WP Cart 6.6.3. Everything else is functioning correctly other than the inventory control. I have a value of 1 on a test item; I logged out of WordPress, cleared my browser cookies, and went to purchase the test item using a separate PayPal address all the way through. The transfer to PayPal was perfect and payment was successful however the quantity still reads 1 and there is nothing listed in the stats.
Can you please enable debug and repeat the test purchase you mentioned above and then share the output of ipn_handle_debug.log file.
