I’m using using latest WP 2.9.2 and eStore Settings v 2.8.4

‘Everything’ else works in digital file download and regular product sales etc.

There is a colon used as part of some Product Name(s) and categories and product description – could that be the problem?

It will not change inventory quantities or show the item is sold out if there is no inventory quantity for that product.

    Help!

The colon in the name shouldn’t be an issue. the easiest way to track down the issue is to run a transaction with debug enabled and share the content of the debug file. This link should explain more:

    Thanks for the reply.

I reviewed the debug file and posted it below. I saw no failure notice. I do NOT know where to go from here, but would like to have inventory control working.

The shopping cart functions great and is a sweet little application, except for the inventory control glitch.

    Thanks in advance.

    The site is http//vitaverde.us

    [admin deleted debug log]

One thing did cross my mind – the initial bobag catalog is viewed via an iframe, but the buy button is local within domain. The debug test had the purchaser email and paypal registered email address the same if that makes any difference.

Thanks for the debug info.. everything looks fine. I will send you an email to see if site access can be organized to troubleshoot this.
