When I update my settings, I am getting the following messages.
This is also happening on another one of my client sites.
Please tell me what to do to resolve this…

I installed WP Affiliates right now, but I have the same problem:
***
The URL specified in the “Affiliate Login URL” field does not seem to be a valid URL! Please check this value again:
If you know for sure that the URL is correct then ignore this message. You can copy and paste the URL in a browser’s address bar to make sure the URL is correct.

Links don’t work.. the browser give me the message “500 Internal Server Error”
Don’t know what to do.
Thank you for helping me.

July 6, 2013 at 1:25 am #45328adminKeymasterHi Paolo, Your host is preventing the the stand alone affiliate area from executing correctly.
Please use the 2nd method to create your affiliate area (check the following documentation)

July 7, 2013 at 6:52 pm #45329Trovareunlavoro.itMemberHi,
that’s right! I used the option 2, and it seems to work.
Anyway, what should I have to say to my host to have the stand alone area working?
Thank you so much!
Paolo
July 7, 2013 at 11:55 pm #45330adminKeymasterHi Paolo, Good to hear that you got that working.
You can tell your hosting provider the following which should help:
Stand alone PHP script is not executing on my site. When I enter the URL of a stand alone PHP script, it just gives an error. For example, enter the following URL in the browser and you will see that the “login.php” script is not executing:
