Just a question i want to add international shipping cost. I made the shipping variation. If total cost for domestic shipping is more than 35€ they will get a free shipping, but for international shipping i don’t want to give this free shipping, but how i can do it? When i check an international shipping and i bought more than 35€ i got a free shipping too and i dont want it, i wanna charge shipping cost always for international shipping and don´t charge domestic shipping buying 35€ or more.

What can i do?
Instead of applied it automatically do the following:
1) Create a conditional discount coupon with the following condition:
Free Shipping If Total -> Is Greater Than -> 35
2) Now, Advertise on your site that domestic customers can get a free shipping by using <DISCOUNT CODE> when purchasing more than $35 worth of stuff.
