Are you on shared or VPS hosting?
Is there is anything different about those new images compared to the ones which work?
Please enable debug on the photo seller plugin: go to the Settings menu and then to the Testing and Debugging section. Select “yes” for Enable Logging.
There are a few things you should check on your server:
1) FTP to your host and check if the “watermark” and “zoom” versions exist for the images which are causing you issues.
Eg, for gallery 2, look in the following directory “wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/2/” for filenames such as watermark_14051111716735.jpg and zoom_14051111716735.jpg.
2) Also while you are logged in via FTP check the “wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller” directory to see if there is a directory called “wpps_gallery_tmp_dir”.
If there is delete it along with its contents.
3) Check your server log files.
September 12, 2014 at 2:06 am #65424JairoMemberI am in a shared hosting?, I did not have the problem just a few weeks ago when I uploades the other pictures you see in the
there is no wpps_gallery_tmp_dir, but there is a directory swtdc12zpv inside the gallery 2 directory that does not include the images in question but has other images but no watermark_ or zoom_
The directory 2 has the image zoom_14051111716735.jpg but no the watermark_14051111716735.jpg
and I still getting this message
I just uploaded another image and I get the same errors for image 13070603376995.jpg from my gallery

September 12, 2014 at 2:27 am #65425PeterMemberWhich version of photo seller plugin do you have?
there is a directory swtdc12zpv inside the gallery 2 directory that does not include the images in question but has other images but no watermark_ or zoom_
This is fine and exactly how it should be. This directory is there for security purposes to protect your original images.
Regarding the images which are showing errors – are these images particularly much larger in size compared to the images you used in the cases where you do not get errors?
Who is your host provider?
Also when I visit your gallery, sometimes I get a “500 Internal Server” error when I click on the first thumbnail. This usually means there is some fault on your server which is causing this. Can you please talk to your host provider to ask them to investigate and fix this?
September 12, 2014 at 2:46 am #65426JairoMemberI get this error only with this lately photos, I uploaded a photos last week and I did not have the same problem. I have the latest version of the wp-photo-seller 1.7.9 I was not getting the error with the previous version. I host with ipower.com
No, most of my images are the same same between 12 and 16MB, the image 14051111716735.jpg is just under 10MB.
September 12, 2014 at 2:49 am #65427PeterMemberI have the feeling the “500 Internal Server Error” may be related to the problems you are seeing.
Example: When I visit this page I get that error:
Like I said earlier, a “500 Internal Server Error” is due to a problem on the server (not the plugin).
Give your host provider the above link and ask them why that error is occurring.
Let me know what they say.
