    Hiya,

I would like to integrate the affiliate plugin with the following two plugins:

    http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/e-commerce

    http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership

This company has an affiliate plugin that will work with both these plugins, but I prefer your plugin.

How would I get it working with these 2 plugins?

Apologies, just realized that you won’t be able to access those plugins, but the description might give you an idea.

If there is anything else that you need from me just let me know.

The membership plugin shouldn’t be an issue as it looks like it uses PayPal button so You will be able to use this instruction for it:

Direct/Plain/Hosted PayPal Button and Affiliate Plugin Integration

Now the shopping cart will require a more in-depth integration. Do they offer any integration option for 3rd party affiliate software?

Awesome, that one was my concern.

For the marketpress plugin, I got this response:

There is a basic integration with external carts already in MarketPress. You can set it to a “Listings only” mode which will remove all cart/checkout functionality and allow you to simply link the buy now buttons to an external cart.

    So would that work?

Then, one more question but maybe not suited for this thread…

Can I integrate Aweber with the Affiliate plugin? I see it’s possible for E store I think.

The affiliate plugin do not have the ecommerce ability (meaning it doesn’t come with a shopping cart).

If you set “MarketPress to “Listings Only” then what will you use for the purchase button? The affiliate plugin integrates with PayPal and a range of WordPress shopping cart listed here (check the integration section):

Affiliate plugin doesn’t have AWeber integration. I think you are better off to go with the built in affiliate plugin that comes with the other plugin just because it will probably be easier for you to integrate.
