I want to add a helpdesk to my members area in emember. I was thinking of using this one as it seems to use wp roles and works inside WP. Would it be suitable do you think?

Ideally I would like it so that when someone logs into their account they can submit a ticket without logging into anything else.
There is also an FAQ here which mentions integration with membership plugins, but I dont know if that means it would work with emember?

Or has anyone got a helpdesk in their site members area for members access only?
Any help on this please?
Any plugin that uses WordPress’s User Role can be used with eMember plugin. Simply use the “WordPress User Integration” feature of eMember and your members will have to login once and will get access to everything.
Hi
I think it uses roles, but it says to change them, does that sound ok:
Can I use WordPress Help Desk with my existing blog subscribers?
Yes. From the Dashboard select all of your subscriber Users and then select “Customer” on the “Change role to” drop down menu. Click “Change”. Now all your subscriber users role will be changed to Customer. That will allow them access to WordPress Help Desk.
