Integration with woocommerce: problem with the states of order

Hello (excuse my bad english..)

This is the problem:

an order of woocommerce can have different states:

pending payment

in production

completed

deleted

refunded

failure

I wish that the commissions were recorded only when the state is “completed”

but I’ve seen that are registered with the state “in the works”

It only gives commission after the money has been collected from the customer. If you refund the WooCommerce order, then it will reverse the commission also. In an online environment your affiliates expect to see the commission as soon as the money has exchanged hands. They shouldn’t have to wait for you to ship the product (which can take some time).
