Integration with Printful (or other merchandize print on demand services)

I currently use eStore, emember and the affiliate module. I want to sell ‘print-on-demand’ t-shirts from Printful. They have an integration plugin but that seems to only be for Woocommerce. Has anyone tried to connect WP eStore to Printful or some other print-on-demand merchandizer. If I end up having to switch to woocommerce, can the WP emember and WP Affiliate add-ons work with woo commerce?

eStore doesn’t have an integration with Printful at this stage. Yes, WP eMember, affiliate plugin (and the addons) work with woocommerce.
