Integration with forum problem

I am using WP eMember along with WP Affiliate. One of the forums you suggested that would integrate with these is Simple Press.

I set it all up and it seemed to be working well, until my premium members tried to log in the forum. It turns out when I compare the forum membership list with the WP eMember list that only the free members are having automatic IDs created in the forum as well as in WP eMember. The pro ones are all missing.

Is there a corresponding WordPress user for the pro members? You can see the WordPress users from the “users” menu in your WordPress dashboard.

Yes, the checkboxes are ticked in WP eMember to automatically create WordPress Users.

In the WordPress Users area, all the free members are showing but none of the premium members. If you provide me with an email address, I can provide you with access so you can login and look at settings.

What value do you have in the “Advanced Variables” section of the subscription buttons that you have on this page?

To me it looks like you did not follow the documentation there so the payment notifications are not coming to the plugin for paid membership at all
