Integration with custom PHP order form

Hi,

We have developed a site without own custom theme. The core of the site is an order form where the customer can order our service and then checkout using paypal.

Do you have an example of how to integrate wp-affiliate? I have been trawling the forum but it’s hard to know what is relevant and what relates to third-party carts etc.
